Thanks For Watching!. Авто/Мото
Used to be my old local, thanks for shooting it at an hour where it looks extra nice 😂 I miss the signal box.
No problem 😁 I went to the box on the open day and it was nice to see an old part of the railway preserved 😊
Excellent! This was one of the first level crossings I'd ever visited long before I was filming! I remember being in Crawley when I was tiny (only around 3 or 4) and saw it go down, and that's why I love level crossings as it was so cool. The alarms sounded so much better back then.
@Anthony Guarino I was talking about around 2005-2006 time before the alarms got changed to what they currently are in 2016. I'm 17 now.
@South East Level Crossings Channel Ah Nice one 👍 Mountfield London Road was the crossing that started it all for me 😁
Nice video!
Thanks! 😁
One of my locals!
Cool 😁
Very nice
Thank you 😁
Nice Video 😁
Thanks Harry 😎👍
Is it this time a "sort of" sunset, except the sun is down and the streetlight is on? Nice video and footage! :3
The sun had kinda already set and it was actually quite dark. The floodlights add some light to the crossing though 😎 Thank you! 👍
@@UKLevelCrossingsChannel No problem! :)
Do CCLR lcs
Yeah, hopefully will do in the summer
At 1:40 that lady... why was she leaning her foot within the barrier like that? Like why? What is the point? She's just a complete disaster waiting to happen! That's such a stupid thing to do, especially just before the barriers go back up.
Yeah, I was watching her the whole closure. If the barriers were raised late her foot could've got easily stuck in the barrier skirt or the barrier being damaged 🙄
@@UKLevelCrossingsChannel Yep and then she would've been in trouble. In fact, I saw a sign somewhere saying CCTV in operation by the level crossing...
Those signs are usually found at most crossings which are manually controlled via CCTV cameras. Signalmen watch over the cameras when the crossing is powered. Some crossings also have ANPR cameras to catch out drivers jumping red lights 😎
