    After paternity is determined and you are ordered to pay child support. Does the courts factor in your income along with. The children you already provide for and expense's affecting them. Or do they base the amount of the support order solely off of what you make without factoring in the other kids needs?

    Hi. Thanks for the video. I have a question. I didn't marry with my fiance. He was US citizen and i am not. But we have a baby and he is 6 months old. My ex fiance left us in abroad and i have got my babies US passport. But we r still in my country. I want to live with my kid in the USA. What should i do? I am afraid that my ex fiance won't help me with that. He may be run away bcs of the child custody...

    With having more equal times what does that mean for child support, right now the father gets every other week Wednesday to Sunday and we are trying to move out of state and he is wanting 2 weeks every month instead so I'm just trying to figure out how that would effect everything else we have joint legal custody with me being the residential parent

    So child support is inevitable even if I go get sole custody of my son that been living with me since birth?

    • @FatherX2022
      @FatherX2022 Год назад +1

      Not really. In most States depending on the child support formulas used, The custodial parent is the one who receives child support.... If you have sole physical custody you should likely receive child support...

    Is a mother that suffers from IBS, depression, and anxiety but is getting therapy for depression and anxiety but don't do anything to control the IBS count more then a father that doesn't have any of that but doesn't go to therapy?

    • @FatherX2022
      @FatherX2022 Год назад +1

      That's hard to predict because there are so many other factors involved in determining which parent is better at meeting the needs of the child. You would want to look at the best interest factors in determining custody in your state, And consider the total circumstance.

    If we are a "Nation Of Laws" ....
    Why are the LAWS not followed!?
    Why are these bitter ( l ) moms not prosecuted when they sabotage and lie on these babies fathers!? The State allows women to illegally kidnap children, deprive them of a loving, stable father and a relationship with his family 💔🇺🇸
    KIDS NEED THEIR DADS TOO 💔🇺🇸

      @julie1630 2 года назад

      I hear you. What about those dads who lie to the court, hide money and make their exes life hell on earth using the kids as pawns to get her back. For instance, taking kids to places they should not be because he knows it will worry the mother and go back for the sake of children. A complete narcissist who lies, won't pay what judge ordered. It happened. If you are not mature enough to take care of a child you should have supervised visits. Most judges make you mediate not hear evidence.

    The mother of my daughter passed away, before that she had disappeared before my daughter was born. I tried looking for her and even filed for custody in Orange County ( when I found out where she was) this resulted in her erasing all social media and moving out from where she was. Come to find out that I couldn’t get help because I filed for custody in the wrong county. By the time I found this out she had disappeared again. I recently started looking for her again (13 years) later and found out she passed less than a year ago. I would like to start the process again so that my daughter could know who I am and that I love her. I don’t want to contact any of them for fear they might do the same thing her mother did (Disappear). How do I go about getting the custody process started? From what I see they live in Victorville but I’m not 100% sure on that.

    So I have a question, my ex whom I had 2 boys with, is not on their birth certificates, we ended up splitting up when I was pregnant with the second child. Out of the kindness of my "heart" I moved closer to him so he could be apart of their lives. Mind you he was not hardly ever in their lives the entire time . He barged into my apartment, took the boys and as I was chasing after them, my oldest son screaming for me he put them in his SUV and took off. I've called police only to be told it's a "civil matter" I've called lawyers, police, dfs no one will help me. It's been over a year and yet to get my boys back during this time I've struggled calling offices and people and doing my homework on laws. He has somehow managed to get a DNA test done without my consent. Said I couldn't see boys unless I signed his affidavit. So do these laws not count anymore? Parental kiddknapping/ parental interference, parental alienation as well as him moving and not giving me an address. How is he getting away with this? He lets me video call but coaches them so they won't talk to me . I'm confused, and heart broken. I've mailed my response off they haven't gotten it now they say I am in default, I'm stressed to the max. I know I'll prob have to go in representing myself .I do know that he has broke the parental kiddknapping/parental interference law and as well as parental alienation and finally child endangerment, and he coaches them through our video calls. Now the boys don't want to even talk to me I don't know what to do.

    Either way the court system/county wins. Money in their pocket either way. As long as they support the mother, or keep making sure both parents bump heads. Either way if the table turns the system still makes money. It never sleeps. It should be the parents choice by default, not the government’s/law’s choice by default. Because that doesn’t indicate any freedom in which the US stands for, by giving the child to the mother by default just because of case studies etc. It’s not fair from the beginning.

      Yet a mother can have an abortion and eliminate all responsibilities or have the child and the father has no choice to eliminate his responsibilities…. More men would happily pay child support if the money was put onto a credit card or EBT card and that money can only be spent to take care of the child. So many moms find another man to pay their way while collecting child support as well. Or my favorite when the mother takes child support and drops her child off at her moms house and keeps all the money.
