    Dear sir mujhe Renulads desigs hai karib 10 year se. sintame Winter months me foot finger and hand finger blue colour ka ho gata hai aur pain hone lagta hai kya kare yeh thik ho gaya plz suggest

    I'm football player ..I feel pain only when I kick ball...
    I will be fine after 3,4 hrs ..and
    Again it will start hurting after kicking ball
    .
