Hey, Taras. That fishing pole looking gadget that you put four marshmallows on is usually meant for hotdogs, but you can still flip it by twitching the rod up (like you're setting the hook in a fish's mouth). The rack will flip over so you can cook both sides :)

The fishing rod I've seen before when you want to flip it you just give it a little flick that's why there's that little slit in the middle and the fish to add weight if you feel it you'll see that the wire things that hold the marshmallows actually rotate
