I moved back home, to the U.S. for a fresh start, keeping my mind clear is the best practice. False News, media stressing everyone out, the negativity-it’s everywhere. Finding peace isn’t about ignoring reality; it’s about not letting the chaos and doubt own me. When my mind’s clear, I can focus, create, and actually make a difference.
