- Join me as I take a look around Alton Towers Resort to see what’s new for the 2023 season. We take a look at Nemesis’s construction site, Project Horizon, Enterprise’s site, Retrosqaud and much more! This vlog was filmed before the opening of The Curse at Alton Manor’s opening date (18th March).

OMG, I went today and let me tell you it was worth EVERY penny. I really conqured my fears, thank you so much Alton Towers 😊😊
Rides I went on; Rita, oblivion, galactica, Congo River rapids, runaway mine train, wicker man,the curse at alton manner and thirteen. The queues were honestly not as bad as I thought them being with galactica being ten, oblivion being 20 and the haunted house being only 25!! We first went on the runaway min train and there was really no wait on it

I'm SO intrigued about what's happening with Sub-Terra, especially after watching this vlog. I know it was widely panned but I loved it and thought it was such as shame it closed. And hey, if they did reopen it, would be another flat ride for the park...

Looks like there building a viewing platform on the Sub Terra queueline, perfect for seeing the monorail (and nemesis).

Really nice video Sean! I can understand why it wouldn't been strange vlogging on your own, but it came across really well. Nice to see what's going on around Towers. I'm excited to be getting back there in about 4 weeks time for the PBE/YEG event, and to ride Curse at Alton Manor of course!

Thanks Keira! Yeah it's always inevitable that they'll be some downtime towards the start of the season, it's usally a lot colder and the rides just haven't 'warmed' up yet after their winter maintenance. These buy-out days are slightly different because they're training staff etc! Cheers for watching!
