With the show, you know there are writers who come up with a load of material for Conan, and that is perfectly normal, he has got to do a show every freaking day. But seeing him entertain this crowd of people for more then an hour and getting constant laughs... you see why they gave him a chance back in '93... genius...

That moderator lady is a serious buzzkill. The way that Conan is completely unfazed by her and still manages to be hilarious and free just shows what a comedic genius he really is and illustrates the kind of unshakable focus and self-confidence that it takes to be successful and keep the fire of creativity burning within you!
