Recording a classical piece like this is so difficult. Maintaining such a high level of accuracy while also making it sound musical takes a lot of skill. It's also a challenge to make passages of music with light, fast runs of notes like what you often hear in the works of Bach and Mozart sound even and effortless. What a great performance!
Great job on one of the most legendary piano pieces of all time. Also, you know Mozart was in his mid-twenties when he composed the entire sonata...just blows my mind.
Great performance Mark, this is on my list to learn properly! I understood that you have a kawai ca-99 and was wondering how do you find it after using it for some time?? What is troubling you about it if there is such a thing??? I am considering it as an upgrade from Roland Hp-704.
@@markfowlermusic hey man the first time doesn't have to be great! Just start literally even if it sounds bad (which I'm sure it won't). With time you'll get better and better, just as how you did with playing the piano :)
it would be a miracle for me to able to record that cleanly without mistakes, I could just about play it but record it I dare not lol. This original Mozart version took several evenings to get a good enough version, and still it is far from being perfect.

Hey mark,
Years of music covers! Have you consider composing an original music!
I try on occasions but I never feel they are good enough unfortunately.

Ever considered trying Volodos version of Turkish March :D?

JACK JACK! NOOOOO!
Your work is ingenious, it's quality work, but there are simply too many notes.
