I'm loving the fact that because of the National Youth Day I came to Cebu to discover many things. One of which is that I have relatives there in Cebu. If my foster parent didn't tell me about this, I won't be able to know that I have also a blood of a Cebuano. I was born and raised from a Bikolano father and Tagalog mother but making me realize now that my surname has also a Sugboanon origin makes me more proud and makes me sing more this song. Thank you NYD and thank you Jay-arr Librando for composing this song. Labaw gyud ang akong pagka-Bikolano apan proud usab ko nga naay ko dugo sa Sugboanon. So I also sing: SUGBOANON KO!
