My bro and I played it together about 2 years back and when we finished there was a whole crowd around us. It used HTC headgear back then but here they seem to be using Oculus. Also, the graphics are much better in this presentation probably because they have improved it since. An Xbox/PlayStation is gonna cost you $450 and PC gamers spend $1500+ on their setups including a mic, headphones, speakers, rbg lighting and so on. Gamers are used to spending money to complete a setup so I don’t see the problem with the gun and the rift not being included. It just allows the gamer to build their own platform and allows for more customization which is what gamers want. I think this is awesome I always felt VR is not as immersive as it could be cause you’re just standing there, and can only more around a small area. I once created a max tracking zone for the oculus quest in a warehouse and it was fun to be able to walk around a lot more, but to have this in your home is even better plus you never have to worry about hitting boundaries.
We backed this product on Kickstarter at the time. The company had huge issues with manufacturing and shipping. They were late by a year and actually beacuse of the shipping costs they would lose money so they paid back their backers with interest and only worked with distributors.
VR has absolutely EXPLODED since Facebook acquired Oculus and launched the Quest 2. I bet they are kicking themselves, because I have seen this product since then featured on VR channels across RUclips. It is affordable immersion that nothing else on the market can offer at the same price point. I've heard the things on the bottom of the shoes wear out and need to be replaced, but it is a solidly-built product that does offer a new experience to a BOOMING industry.
"if oculus goes, you go, right?" yes Mark, once I told Uber, twitter, snapchat, etc etc etc "if smartphones go, you go" the best financial decision I ever made
This is stuff I dreamed about as a kid...good idea and the price isn't crazy. If you are paying $300-400 for the rift...you can pay for this. I think he was being very fair in expecting 1 in 20 rift users to buy this. when you buy the rift you WANT the immersive experience and this adds to it.

I've heard the things on the bottom of the shoes wear out and need to be replaced, but it is a solidly-built product that does offer a new experience to a BOOMING industry.
lol @ the sharks reminding us how old they are. lookin at you Barbara.
mind: yes
body: yes
wallet: no
4:21 Then I'd say "Good riddence", LOL! God bless my "Gamer Wife", haha! 😆
my left ear really enjoyed this
He's alright folks, thanks to his OmniGogs!
"if oculus goes, you go, right?" yes Mark, once I told Uber, twitter, snapchat, etc etc etc "if smartphones go, you go" the best financial decision I ever made
This actually a big technology. Remember this is an old video. if they licensed the technology of this, they'd be billionaire by now
This is stuff I dreamed about as a kid...good idea and the price isn't crazy. If you are paying $300-400 for the rift...you can pay for this. I think he was being very fair in expecting 1 in 20 rift users to buy this. when you buy the rift you WANT the immersive experience and this adds to it.
Are you kidding me! None of them, not even the Speaker saw or narrate the possible endless applications of this product. I believe, this must be a hit by now.
Barbra: I don't want my husband to buy this product and for this reason, I'm out
Imagine what video games will be like in 5000 years
Bold of you to expect there will be humans in 5000 years
I NEED this… any FPS/MMORP is about to be INSANE
What a missed opportunity. You can use it as a treadmill as well, but his evaluation was high.
The most astonkshing thing in this video is how much the video editor wants us to hear that stupid music and sfx as if we’re deaf
4:44 Barbara’s head shake is lagging in the VR world lol
It would be great if they just said "you know what Barb, you're right. We quit." & just walk out.
When did this episode come out? Video says May 25, 2021 but this had to have come out way before. Because Mark Cuban is already an investor in this product.
This came out 5 years ago.
Bro people who keep saying they need to work out but game alot will definitely get this.
