Nice cars,nice day,nice UK.
Poor little Mini at 1.55, looks like it's seen better days! I bet the mk2 Jag is still with us though..
I'm pretty sure that was John shuttleworth - an Austin Ambassador Y reg . Also , we all wore white socks at the time .
This clip is from no earlier than March 30th 1987. The Talbot van D196 NTG at 4:05 was registered on that date.
Much more interesting and diverse collection of vehicles on the road back then. Boring now
Battersea Bridge and Chelsea Embankment. Looks like 1985/6 thereabouts.
More like 86/87, several D regs
@@stace3037 I would agree.
well min. 1986
It's august 1986 or after. D reg car went past.
Several D registrations, an Austin Montego and Vauxhall Astra are both featured in the video with such feature 👍
At least March 30th 1987 - the Talbot van D196 NTG was registered on that date.
1986
March 1987 onwards - there's a Talbot van in this clip which was registered on March 30th.
Good days proper lorrys without speed limiters & sensors that go wrong all the time.
