I can’t even touch my child or be near him which is breaking my heart. This video gives me hope that I can as you say find a way to “get on with it” and live life lol. Im 35 and i was diagnosed when i was 20. I was A MESS for several years after i found out and it took me those years to come to terms with my new future and change of plans/dreams. So allow yourself that time to adjust and accept your situation. ITS OK TO NOT BE TOTALLY OK. Glad to see you're beaitiful face back on the RUclips's and you ADHD thriving just like mine 😂 jk.
