Haha... that intro in the tent... I experienced that also while there. Even filmed the side wall touching the floor. 😂. I stuck it out through Three storms like that actually. The camp ground was a mud pit. Almost packed up after the first storm... Glad I didn't puss out and stayed til Sunday night. Great time!
Yeah a lot of people bugged out after that one on Wednesday, but no way I was missing out on the night Airshow…

That Comanche 400 at 32:47 is the most beautiful example I’ve ever seen. Immaculately restored right down to the shiny landing gear. Superb

Oshkosh is a total blast. Wasn’t able to go past few years. But to anyone thinking of going. Parking and getting into the event is so easy. It’s very well thought of ❤️

Yikes… I guess everyone that was there for the first half of the week had stayed for the fireworks on Wednesday night and headed out Thursday morning.

Yeah you definitely have to make the trip. Made my first one up there last year. Have been to Sun-n-fun many times over the years... Oshkosh is several orders of magnitude larger and with soooo much more to see and do.

every time I see Oshkosh there are storms involved. that must be the norm for that area.
Last year it was clear for the 4 days I was there and temperatures were fantastic. The storms that came through are usually very isolated and short. The one that morning was over in about 20 minutes. Most of the time it’s beautiful up there.

The EAA Airshow in Oshkosh, wouldn't be complete without Mother Nature being a part of it, happens every year.
Into every life a little rain must fall…. Yeah, and is usually very short duration.
It’s like being an airline pilot at JFK airport and lined up for departure. Looooong line . A little taste ! I just hope they don’t bring those ATC guys from NYC to Oshkosh… that would be terrible ! 😁

You could do that if you want. Honestly, I felt like they were always pretty clean. Obviously the floor gets a little wet. That’s why I suggested the flip flops

P-47 SEEMS MISSING
Looking back on that video.. I realized there’s a lot of stuff I left out as far as airplanes and stuff walking around. I promise to cover it all more in depth next time… I’m gonna take a look through my footage and see if I have enough for a better video specifically on the show and the planes.
