My mother gave methi leaves with lots of garlic , lemon and pepper rasam , boiled rajma as a snack. She had kept a lady for bathing me and my son. I use to wear a scarf and cover my head lekzhiyam also she made. I had high BP during my pregnancy and after so it had become a concern for them bcause of my pregnancy wieght(90 above) As its important to not only take care after delivery but during your preganany. We should hv small meals every 2hrs, cut oil intake , drink coconut water and so on... Eventually by Gods grace i had a normal delivery . My mom really took good care of me so did my father...thanks to them🙏. Mam don’t forget abt venthavelecha ennai(oil) our ancestors prepare from coconut milk. Good for new born baby. Neonatologist advised MCT it is medium chain triglycerides ie coconut oil derivatives.to increase wt of low birth wt baby drs prescribe this,by adding one to two drops of MCT will increase calorie value of breast milk helps to gain weight. Our venthavelechennai also have this same properties.advantage s r prepared freshly ,cheaper.hygienic
The cause of ulcer has to be found out. In general, best to eat plant based diet,by avoiding non-vegetarian food. Best to avoid spicy, oily food, alcohol and refined flour based food. Eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, brown rice,millets. Drink enough water. Best to have ashgourd juice on empty stomach in the morning. Will reduce acidity. A new borns digestive system is suited for mother's milk. Mother having cow's or buffalo milk, becomes heavy for the child,as breast milk will have components of mothers diet.
