Kotton. You have great aim. And you should give iron sights a try. No scope glint. So with good positioning and patience, you can really get the drop on people. It takes a bit of getting used to. But you can still get long range kills w iron sights. And no scope glint EVER. Use that and your binoculars which also don't give off glint. Key in where you should be aiming w the binoculars; and then switch back to iron sights and adjust for movements made during your switch time from binoculars to your rifle. Not too hard to find them w iron sights once you've spotted them with the binoculars. It's such a great way to play once you get used to it. In my opinion anyway. Regardless of how you play. I love your content, and you are quite skilled at this game and shooters in general. Keep it up my dude. I look forward to your posts always. It’s hilarious when people rage quit but I really don’t understand it. I would def want a rematch if I got stuck with a grenade lol
I had a guy request 18 rematches w me untill he finally killed me then he quit 😂 free kills for me and closure for him
I think sometimes they don't read and just hit restart without knowing if wrong one picked you kick the axis player. Also if they are low level I think they sometimes don't know your a player by the dumb mistakes like looting.

Some people just don't like being basically BM'd by being killed with a sticky grenade, especially if they are a newer player to Sniper Elite and are figuring stuff out.

Invasion is my favourite way to explore and learn the maps, especially bloody spy academy, so I'm not constantly lost and confused while playing the campaign.

You need a bayonet to knife someone from the front otherwise you can only meele from behind (applies to elite units and players ,does not applie when suprise attacking out of cover)
Kotton you should try equipping the bayonet to get frontal takedowns

He needs to lay out a mine or two and let you chase him.
Its hard to enjoy invasions anymore. 98% of them are either new to the game or its their first time in the mission. 1.5% its people playing for collectibles and such. .5% playing for authentic achievements. 0% playing to just be invaded.
I found that too, I'm hoping that given time, people will become more experienced and the invasions will be more fair
@@alextowers3564 i don't think they will. How many do you think will play missions, to be invaded?
@@orclord5719 I have a couple of times. But even just getting experienced with the levels themselves will mean a lot of players will not have to think about how to go about completing them as much and they will be able to focus more on the invader.
Also, I think Karl players will learn to prioritise removing the invader over completing objectives.

@@orclord5719 Perhaps, idk tho, I continued to play through the missions over and over again in SE4 so maybe others will do the same

Question for the community: I’m new to this game. Do the enemies respawn in campaign when you play through as the ally? Single player. Not invasion. I’m asking because if my missions goes bad and I start shooting is there a finite or infinite number of soldiers coming down the pipe. Thanks! New subscriber! Enjoying your content for a couple weeks now
Hey they don't respawn if they hit the alarm then the germans would get Reinforcements
Edit: they would spawn in a random spot around the map

When I play, if I can’t get the nade I’ll shoot but I typically sneak around and sticky kill. I tracked a duo and naded both with sticky

Stg is a good gun but it sticks when your prone or sitting behind a wall so I think you should try the mp 40 it’s very reliable and if you go max power

Whenever I invade the AI just butcher the poor man
to be fair to the last three matches. He was playing on civilian difficulty so I'm not quite sure how much tactical thinking you were expecting given that s/he was still trying to get to grips with the mechanics of the game.
It seems that the axis invasion is much more fun for the axis player than for Karl Fairburne.
Could you imagine being on a mission in real life taking out a target to then get hit with the hiccups and tht causing you to miss your shot

He actually doesn't, its really bad. It's especially bad when he calls to find out where the Jäger is and any german guy on the other side would ask why he has such a thick english accent.

You should try out the bayonet for longer melee range kills xd
Hate how sometimes due to netcode you don't see a glint and they can shoot while in cover
I like to go to mission 1 and clear out as many enemies as i can before finishing the first section of the mission, that way when I’m ready i do the objective and invasions pop in. The maps empty and they are now trapped with me
Exactly , and if you quicksave and quickload you can instantly get new invaders. Mine up a house with a phone and wait xD
I got into a game with these guys who killed every enemy on mission 4 and they were very enjoyable to play against

I would like to see you play on the other side of this equation. Bc the advantage is clearly to the invaders! That’s why I don’t turn on Axis .. It’s pain in the ass! Especially when you’re trying to do the objectives. If they’d take away the phone option from the invaders,or extend the timer it would be more balanced. 🤷🏽♂️ just a thought.. No I’m not terrible at this game ! Before you say it.. Let’s see some game play from the other side. Just to see ! 👍🏽🤘🏽 Videos pretty funny tho regardless 😀
I have literally been invaded before I finished respawning, by a different invader than the one who just killed me.

Playin as axis is like having legal hacks 😎
Problem is you have to sit around and wait for invaders, no guarantee that they will ever come, so it is harder to get footage.

Why do landmines do absolutely nothing in sniper elite 5 now…
after watching a bunch of these i feel realy bad at the game. did like 20 now, got 6 kills, 5 times the guy got killed by bots and the rest were losses and not even close ones but realy stomped. meanwhile you have time to troll people and still win it.
i dont get some of these people. i managed to go through an entire level without alerting anyone, yet these lot cant seem to get past a part without spraying everything
