I had to fly back to UK last year to get my passport sorted in Newport. I was amazed at how all the homeless, drunks, drug addicts etc all seemed to be having the absolute time of their lives. Normally in other places they look understandably dejected. Newport had a buzz about it I've not quite seen anywhere else.
Top man representing the local people don't realise the heritage in chips and curry sauce. GLC always hard-core takes a life time of chippes to have this much knowledge. Newport here I cum! X
