Suggestion, you and your family should start a tourism agency in Rwanda. Cater to the people who come for leisure, or to look at homes and/or tourist attractions. Start your business by partnering with a/several hotels, tourist attractions a driver and with Jack-son. Make sure you hire a driver who speaks English and several languages and thanks for sharing family
I'm a tour guide, driver, and speak well different languages including English. 😅 I want that job when the Nomads launch that business. It would be AWESOME to be part of that team.

Shout out to the UN for changing people’s perception, one video at a time. Racist rhetoric has us believing that the entire, vast continent of Africa is all straw huts.
Agree. Shout out to them. 🙌🏻 I must add that some AAs seem not to realize the same racist rhetoric sometimes has been used both ways, i.e., depict the AAs in America in the same biased brush for the outside ( of America) audience, be it African, western or Eastern. Therefore this type of content works and benefit changing perceptions on both ways

Hi Jackson, how is the electricity and internet connection in the area? 95K is per month on rental? Is there any apartment on that area that is up for sale? If yes, how much is it?
Hi @rgarciaprl 95k is buying the whole unit and the cost of interest in Rwanda on average is 23USD for 4G unlimited internet and they're many apartments to rent too
Hello can you help me I'm heading to Rwanda to study and I don't know how much does student dorms cost monthly or yearly? And if they include utilities and bills Plz help
I wanted to buy one of these but the views offers no privacy. You’re literally looking into your neighbours crib. But they’re very affordable for those who don’t mind :)
One thing that is lacking in Rwanda is legacy structures. By that I mean the sort of thing that will last a couple of thousand years. Maybe it is sinful to build those kinds of things, I don`t know. Maybe if it is intended to be useful for a very long time, it makes sence but if it is for vanity, it is just a waste. In any case, what is built in Rwanda is often very nice and modern and practical but none of these buildings seem likely to last for hundreds of years.
You must be stupid, or you just trolling for fun? Relax because Rwanda is one of the top 3 safest places to visit in Africa for Solo Travelers/Tourists.
Very nice apt.
Their not too big so it will be easier to furnish.😊
