Strong leadership defenition well explained. Mandate given by public is not for doing anything they can but have to take consent of people or take public opinion and must only to proceed with public support. Double heart, 56 inch heart etc etc are their PR work to fool the public.

Journalists who specialises in their chosen fields are the prerequisite for in-depth report.
I dont think there are many in this group active in the two or three established newspapers here.
The most they could do is produce error free, fluent sentenes.
They', therefore, tend to cover up their ignorance with jargons, clichés and blahblahs.
Speaking of in-depth journalism, how many newspaper babus want their journalists delve deep in persuit of news? For one thing, it is an expensive affair. Besides, often times at the other end one could find the guy who sponsors the space of the paper.
Who wants to slay the hen who keep on laying golden eggs?
I think the very idea of journalism being the pillar of democracy is somewhat stale and anachronistic.
