  • Mr Ahmad Lawal, a civil engineer with zero knowledge about hair cut, braids, pedicure and every other things that goes on in a salon has successfully built a multimullion salon with 10 branches across Nigeria.
    With over 500 staff that he manages from WhatsApp, this man doesn't even have a physical office, the unconventional CEO who disrupted the salon business in Africa.

    Assalamualaikum waramatullahi wabarakatu Ma, I would love if the man could expatiate more on *why he prefers growing *brand* to growing business*.
    More also, how can someone grow one's Brand?
    Secondly, how did he bounce back when he sacked most of his staffs, if not all, when they started showing attitude?
