No. There's a difference. Deleted messages are permanently deleted. Archived messages, on the other hand, are just hidden for you. She can still read it.
If possible to find message of my friend even he blocked me? I archive his message and now I want to read all the messages
Same is the case with blocked ones. You should find them in this list.
