You know how you can sometimes be overwhelmed at what you are blessed with….food, shelter, finances (and by no means does any one of those things have to be remotely high end)….i think i would cry for days with gratitude that a beast like that is giving me kisses with his sweetest self!!!! What a beautiful relationship you have !!
Rudnik is a lovely goofy boy, regardless of what Ontario says..............It reminds me of "Goofy" the Disney character back when to world was normal...........😘😍
🤣😂 💋 Rudnik loves his mama he really is just thousands of pounds of pure puppy love,if he had a smooch for me I’d happily take it in the freezing snow even💙🖤☃️❄️
From Ontario never heard of the “goof” issue. Ignore some of us ontarians. The rest of us are cool. Goofy. Goofball. Terms of endearment in my world. There are many meanings in the dictionary for goof non of which are extremely derogatory to me. But I am old and grew up in a much less sensitive time 🤪. Rudnik is a big fury lovable goofball who obviously has a passion for his owner.
Every horse I've been around does that with me. Tony, who was one of the Belgians at the historic site that I worked at, would grab my braid and just hold it in his mouth (he learned very quickly that I couldn't go anywhere while my braid was in his mouth!)
I love that. I've always kissed my cats, and through the years they've tolerated it. The 3 we have now actively kiss me back. It's a precious thing, and Rudnik understands that it's a sign of affection & love. They understand our body language far better than we do. What a lovely glimpse of you & Rudnik.
Yeah my cats tolerated it with holding them in place except one started to let me kiss his head if he wanted dinner without me holding him in place. He totally knows how to butter me up to increase the chances of me opening a can. One of them presses his mouth a bit open on my head sometimes, I think that's him trying a human kiss by what it feels like to him, it's so funny and sweet.
I live in Ontario and I have never heard of the word "goof" used detrimentally and further, I have no idea what other meaning might be involved. To the best of my knowledge, "goof" has no detrimental connotation and could be roughly translated as "lovingly silly" or some close approximation of that. Either that or Disney's Goofy takes on a whole new personality.
I'm going to hazard a guess it's some small group of people who took offense at something and decided to impose their views on everyone else. Like the younger generations apparently finding the thumb's-up emoji threatening or ominous or actually ending your posts with...punctuation?
I live in Ontario….. what is goof supposed to mean here, I have never heard about it…..goof to me means Rudnik😂😂😂 A goof is a goof is a goof. Our Premier is a bigger goof than Rudnick even.😂😂
Lol, I used to call my Chico a big oof ❤ he was a big Appy and was built just like Rudnik, he had a lot of personality and so smart ❤ you remind me of us! Thanks for sharing these videos, it's great and he is awesome 😊 here's to your youth and spirit!!!
Nothing in Your Hands --- "Then What the HELL Good Are YOUSE" ? CARROTS --- NOW, WOMAN --- CARROTS ! 😂 When I took my granddaughter to her riding lessons, it was MANDATORY to have 2 bags of Carrots --- OR ELSE !
It's like I say about horses giving kisses, though. They tend to leave wet ones all over you! They'll give you more than you bargain for, too! You simply just say, "Can I have a kiss?" And then before you know it, you get COVERED in wet horse kisses from face to shoulders!
@Rudnik the Roan Mystery solved! In the corrections field in Ontario, one of the worst things to call a convict is ‘goof’. Apparently only in that world, since it’s never been an issue in the outside world. So whoever told you that might have an interesting job . . . or an interesting past?
Could be! I was surprised the number of people who were against the use of ‘goof’ considering it seems so few Ontario-ians have actually heard it in that way 😂 but I’m glad I finally know where it comes from now!
You look so cute, like Edie Sedgewick! Um, it also means something really bad in prison lingo apparently...Back in the day, I called an acquaintance that, and was told in no uncertain terms not to do it again as it is slang for p***file. Both of us live in BC, but I'm older than you! Your horse is a puppydog! Velvet nose, with spiky bristles😂😂😂so cute
I looked up, "goof," in Canada because that caught me by surprise, too. I have never know that term to mean anything but a hapless buffoon. One of its new meanings is child molester. I object to being censored by others, so I would continue to use the term that has more than one meaning. I have not yet decided if I would explain the two meanings or not. Not my decision to make for anyone else, though.
How adorable! 🥰

From Ontario - I don't know what the problem with "goof" is. My horse is a goof too.
That does seem odd that Ontario has a thing about ‘goof’. I’m gonna ask my Canadian cousins . . .

Really amazing how far he's come since you got him. Proof again how far a lot of love, hugs, and kisses will go...oh, and can't forget those carrots.
What … Ontario says WHAT???? But he IS a goof!!!,
RIGHT! 🥲
He’s such a goober!❤
A Golden retriever in horse clothes 😂
That was so very cute.

Rudnik is a goof. He's not a doof!! I'm in Ontario. I have never heard that.

Too cute! I was raised with my grandmother and my father's horses.
I am so jealous. Love you both.❤❤❤❤❤❤
🥰
❤😊❤
Big sloppy kisses.😂
I guess I can say it cause I’m not in Canada, he is an adorable “ Goof”! ❤️
Such a handsome Sweety

Oh.. yeah, calling someone a goof means "Fight starts now" in prison
I'm from Ontario and I don't care if you call him a goof. It's meant with love.
Nothing in Your Hands --- "Then What the HELL Good Are YOUSE" ?
CARROTS --- NOW, WOMAN --- CARROTS ! 😂
When I took my granddaughter to her riding lessons, it was MANDATORY to have 2 bags of Carrots --- OR ELSE !
😂🤣 Rudnik would agree - if you don’t have carrots in your hands then what’s the point of having hands??
It's like I say about horses giving kisses, though. They tend to leave wet ones all over you! They'll give you more than you bargain for, too!
You simply just say, "Can I have a kiss?" And then before you know it, you get COVERED in wet horse kisses from face to shoulders!
I’m thankful Rudnik learned to give kisses without the slobber 😂 he just wraps his entire lips around my face 🥲

Newfoundland here. Goof means goof here! Not sure what Ontario thinks it means. 🤷🏻♀️
Whoever was speaking for Ontario, was WRONG! ♡
How about goofball? It has been used in the US.
I've used it many times, several of them in reference to Rudnik I'm sure!

Can we say Canuck
Why care what Ontario has to say?
he's got some big ole lips
