Thank you!!! I can’t get enough of it! Will probably swap my remaining MP40 out eventually and add another. Solid made pumps. 💯 💪 They also make rock covers for them to hide the pumps. That would be awesome.
The rock cover would be awesome! Truly get full tank flow with turnover of that lower third water to e sure excellent distribution of oxygen ratio and to keep all solids in constant suspension!
It’s coming together. It’s unreal how there’s always something to do or improve. I have a whole list of things. But sometimes you just have to sit back and enjoy the reef. 😉 Have inverts coming in this week, lots of snails and interesting creatures like Halloween crabs and a pom pom crab. 😁 Thank you for your support and encouragement! 💯 👊🔥👊
Love my ECM 63. If my MP60 every goes out on the opposite end of my tank, I'll pick up the ECM 42. These pumps are hard to beat! Interesting controller on the ECM42. Way different on the ECM63
Bro I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this. At least 30 lol. I always forget which mode is which circle. Wish the’d make a check sheet card (maybe I should)
Brooooo!!! Same! 😂 I forget every single time. I usually have to reset mine if I turn it off too long when maintaining the tank or during feedings and it doesn’t come back on. 🤔 I love the pump but annoyed with the controls. You rewatching will help me reach that 4k watch time goal to be monetized! 😆 Peace bro! ✌️🤙🤙🤙
Pretty sure they do. May need to reach out to them and let them know what you need. I know the owner Joe has been at shows this past week and I don’t think the current ECM 42 listing has been updated to reflect the new 2 button configuration. I’ll forward your message to him bro. 👊🤙
Unique Corals got back to me and said that they are in the process of updating the Panta Rhei ECM42’s with the 2 button configuration. Once they are done they will update the listing on their site to reflect the new 2 button configuration. 🌊
lol! Yes it is a weird controller compared to what we are used to. It was refreshing to see something new for a change. It’s a well built pump and controller, you can tell from just holding it that it was built to last.
Looks like a nice pump but seriously, the controller looks like a major PITA. Not even a Nasa engineer would call that controller intuitive. And just wait until you lose one of those magnets. Back to the drawing board on that one.
Thanks for watching and commenting. The pump is beast. All of the parts including the controller are solid… you can tell it was built to last. The “On” and “Off” is intuitive. I got that from the start as you can see in the video. 😂 😂 😂 For the rest of the settings I had to follow some instructions though which were pretty simple. 👍
Simply the best wave maker! Congrats!

@@taryndeclyn1474 I don’t even have this thing on full blast..! Are you currently running Panta Rhei? I’m new to them and in love. lol
Haven’t pulled the trigger yet although I do consider it a dream pump. Currently run Tunze Stream 3s.
@@taryndeclyn1474 Tunze is good gear too! 👊🔥👊
Great video! That wave maker looks awesome!
Good vidéo
Thank you for the love ❤️ 🤙🤙🤙
Very nice pump and clean setup great information and yet again very inspiring thanks again for sharing this journey

@@ReefStash least we’re in it together. Otherwise the pumps are insane.
amazing powerful wave maker
Definitely bro! 🌊🌊🌊🌊 💪
I am assuming unique corals has this dudes in-stock and ready to roll. I need an upgrade and have been looking and MP40’s or reef octopus ones.

Sheesh that controller…like I’m breaking into a vault.
lol, yeah it’s pretty intense.
Anyone know the difference between wave height and wave intensity?
I’m not sure, I just adjusted them until I got a pulsating wave. 🤷♂️ You can reach out to Joe from @ unique corals.
Dang… spendy pumps! I know Jason Fox and WWC use those on their huge tanks.
Yes, it’s a beast of a pump. I’ve never ran one before but definitely want another one! 😂
That is a weird controller but it works.
