    so is "회관" the same as "center" in english?

      회관 literally means 'a building for meeting' so it can be a 'hall', 'center', 'union' or something like that.

      저녁 'evening; dinner' 은 그냥 [저녁]이에요. It should be pronounced as it is written: [저녁]. There is another word 전역 which means 'being discharged from military'.
