I’m a new huge fan of Frankie Lymon. I’ve heard just about every song that’s available on RUclips and other platforms. Around this time he made “is you is or is you ain’t my baby” “Lover come back to me” “change partners” and “I put the bomp”. He sounded great on all of those, this one he must of been under the influence. It only makes sense, or maybe sad and depressed.
It probably was him going through puberty and also him taking heroin also.....but either way I still love his voice and to me he is very cute and handsome
Idk if anyone will see this but what if they put him on drugs and put him in the studio to see how he sings and how he moves that’s why he sounds so off
I mean it doesn't sound like him but some of you are just plain negative always bringing up his drug usage. And talking about his voice like y'all isn't going to change when y'all get older.
I think the reason this song sounds so bad is because he was probably barley going through puberty and i think this because in songs like sea-breeze and I'm not to young to dream his adult voice sounds amazing
