There are still some bugs with the mod, most notably many of the ladders didn't work, they have fixed more ladders in recent updates and will be fixing more in future updates. They did bind v to no clip so you can progress past the buggy parts.
It may be worth waiting a few months and checking the updates for a more polished version before playing but I did manage to play all the way through using noclip a handful of times.
