Japanese Chefs' Wine Odyssey: Italy

FOODEX JAPAN is one of Asia’s largest food and beverage exhibitions held annually in Tokyo. It marks its 50th anniversary in 2025 with the launch of a wine exhibition, FOODEX WINE. In this program, renowned Japanese chefs visit European wineries participating in FOODEX WINE, then showcase original dishes paired with exquisite wines.
This time in Italy, master of Japanese cuisine Ishida Shinji explores two Italian wineries. One is specializing in premium Prosecco, and the other is passionately crafting wine from an indigenous grape variety.
