    Very nice!!! It looks so delicious!!! So you bake it at 350 until the skin becomes crispy, and then broil it an extra 10 minutes to make it crunchy!!! ☮️🖖🏽

      High at first then when its started to blister turned it to low and watch for signs of over crisped.

    Hi po! Ask ko lang po kung in Fahrenheit po ba ung oven niyo? And did you put pa po ba ung pork sa ref overnight or after niyo po iboil sa water, pinalamig lang po ng room temp then derecho oven na po? Thanks po

    natatakot po ako magluto sa oven.kasi nagluto ako 1time sobrang usok parang sasabog ang oven...pero bago naman po ang oven namin...ganon lang ba talaga yun mausok talaga?

    350 degree is very hot if it takes 3 hrs,the meat will burn. Your oven is diferent I guess.
