Trash piling up, human waste droppings, loud noise, fire pits, oil spills, drug sales in a residential area will definitely raise alarm bells to the residents paying $20,000 per year in property taxes.
I see this as rewarding the poor choices of people who should learn to take care of themselves without assistance. They never will learn that lesson, however, if the city continues to pamper them. I can't afford an RV.
