Sir how is this possible in areas in deserts where there is no source of high quality irrigation water. In my area the water electrical conductivity is 4.4 ds/ m
And there is no canal or river.

1. Can gypsum or sulphur be added during rainy season? Does reaction take place in water?
2. My farm soil already has too much Calcium in it and I see white chuna on surface despite providing leaching pipes. Will gypsum increase chuna more? Should I use sulphur instead of gypsum?
3. Can adding gypsum/ sulphur only on surface okay? Or should I use rotavator to mix it upto root depth?
