In gingivitis or periodontitis, is the junctional epithelium attached to the enamel or cementum of the tooth by the epithelial attachment?

At 3:00 and onward, she's describing how the gingival attachment moves which results in the periodontal pocket. I mean absolutely no disrespect by asking this but I cannot understand the words she uses to describe the movement. "The second type is when the gingival attachment moves up_____________"? Please, can anyone tell me the words she uses? This is a phenomenal video presentation, thank you for taking the time to make informational video's. Well done
