Very interesting and informative. Just one thing to notice is that transeptal fibers go from cementum of one tooth to another over the alveolar crest (not from gingiva to cementum). There is also a type of fibers which help the blood vessels in the PDL to stay in place, their name is oxytalan fibers, they are elastic-like fibers which run parallel to the root surface.

Hello, can I ask you a question about bioimplants therapy, it's available in Austria where they use zirconia implants with roots like the structure of the extracted tooth instead of the invasive drilling of the jaw bone to place a metal screw and it looks really healthy, innovative,and reasonable. I want to ask you about the periodontal ligament for this bioimplant do you think it would be closely strong and functional like the natural tooth, without any consequences?

When I am taken scan and xray .dentist said bone is 100% perfect. I think I loosen my pdl tissues and Fibers.. Is it possible to strengthen the Pdl tissues and Fiberes .
And one suggestion I want to give is, your pronunciation is of some words needs correction,"la-mi-na" and "api-cal", u pronounce: "la-my-na", hope you got the point 😊

Dentist said like I am Looses only my PDL , Fibers and attachment of supportimg tissues. It is possible to strengthen again ??????????????
So I just got injured while playing basketball, my concern is my central incisor. It is slightly moving. I am concerned about that, the moving is minimal, what can I do to make this teeth stable?
