Pierre, your information is absolutely first rate. Please, take the time to ensure the production quality is at least decent. I honestly couldn’t understand what you were saying at times. Just some constructive criticism.
Get the sound consistent please. If you're pursuing more subscribers then invest in the process. Your classic Mercedes content is the best in the world I believe, but small technical oversights hinder your potential.
Great Info. My 83 380 just about got me killed when it stalled in the middle lane of a highway yesterday. It has a new fuel pump but didn’t replace or fix the relay yet.
Thanks for the video Pierre, any chance you can redo this with a better mic please? Really struggling to hear what is obviously very valuable guidance, especially now that my FPR stopped working 🙄. Thanks in advance
Hi I have a 1973 280SEL do you know where the fuel pump relay is located ? It did perfectly work before I changed my filter and pump now it seems like there is no gas going to the engine ?
I had one soft fail on a m110 280GE. Truck would run, but cut off fuel at 4K RPMs. Relay was KAE brand. TD signal gave incorrect voltage. Mercedes OEM relay worked as designed. Weird and frustrating way to fail.
The original relay should be fixed , easy to do .The new relays are not as good .Had a couple of cars that died on the road , because the ignition module[ silver box] stopped sending a ignition signal to the fuel pump relay .
Hi hope your good need help please my 300e w124 wen Kar gets hot it cut Ewen wen I disconnected Al pluks on Al the contents on mechanical injection can you help please
Hello pierre I just picked up a real nice 1987 300sdl for $500. The body is perfect as well as interior. It runs great and compression is 460 to 475 on all 6. The only problem is it only has reverse. Is there anything I can check or should I replace the transmission. I got it from 2nd owner who says he was driving it and one day it wouldn't function in forward gears. And advice would be greatly appreciated . Thanks.
Hi pal, I have W126 500 SE 1989. He starts and drives, but starts after about 7th try and drives 1-2km and then stoppes, then after starts again and runs for another 0.5-2km and so on. Any idea, thanks
Get a videographer of real ability. The Major oversights in the Audio recording makes this a complete reshoot this audio is unusable and you published a full video on it. This shows the expertise of the people involved in production. Thomas or whom ever did this recording and edit it should have flagged this and had you retake reshoot or not publish. No video is way better than a awful painful to watch video this is beyond garbage. Have Standards other then only European sourced parts.
(For some reason that overhead mic caused some distortion in your voice.)
Definitely

Thank god there are pretty well working automatic subtitles available
On my '81 280E, it went out last year and repaired it exactly as you described. It's working fine so far.
Very cool that you know Kris Rose! He helped me with my cruise control several years ago.
Thanks for your content. Great to talk to you yesterday.
Wow ive never thought of using used gaskets ! Thats a interesting idea 💡

This dude doesn't care I don't even think he respects his audience just look at his appearance getting worse by the day SMH.
Thank you Pierre - this is so timely! I'm in the process of diagnosing if that relay is the issue of my rough idle.
@cosminstaicu6522 hello, just reading your comment, was it the relay that caused your rough idle?
@@ronalddean3630 Hi Ronald - no it wasn't. Changed the wiring harness as well, the idle is better however not perfect.
Great always thanks for the info

Where’s the good used gasket link? Can’t wait to use them to replace all my w126 gaskets
Hi Pierre, great information but having a hard time understanding you with the static, can you do a retake of this video?

Can you please help me I have 1990 300ce. No spark at the coil And no fuel
Where is it located on a W123? You missed out the most popular car? Thanks.
On top of the left wheel well. There is an almost square black box. Take the lid off and it's underneath. That's where it is on my '81 280E .
youd be better off filming on your phone with a tripod. Would fix the dodgy audio and dodgy green screen.

thanks Pierre👍 sound quality on this vid was shit tho
Audio is 95% distortion
Solder = solder, NOT sodder. One American made a mistake of saying sodder, now
ALL Americans, being sheep ----- follow.

At least the title isn’t bragging about having “HD 1080p” video like it usually does.
Thanks
