@@Leather128 I think 2 different ones. I'll explain. So when I download the Ronezkj and Spurk mod, it already comes with an older version of Leather Engine and it does open up the game. When I drag the Ronezkj and Spurk folder into the Leather Engine icon, it says "Open with Leather Engine". So when I open it, it doesn't open :/ it says "Invalid char 0" something like that. And I have been getting multiple errors too which were too long so I basically gave up on downloading it

Also from @Miss Sleep Deprived idea I got an idea from him maybe like a characters color by their icon example psych engine (your engine is better) look at somebody's custom character and look down by their icon and you should see what I'm talking about
also try using ‘haxelib install polymod’ or ‘haxelib update polymod’ to fix the errors, if it still gives errors, then put an issue about it on the GitHub (I can’t fix it rn cuz I’m at family’s house rn.)

because the engines were made for FNF specifically? you could *technically* make other games in them most likely if you were crazy enough but it wouldn't really be worth it
Idk if it just happened to me, but the death notes don't work from 7k downwards (well they do when you set the UI to pixel for some reason, but in default they don't work)
you can name the mod chart whatever you want, as long as you put it in the 'modcharts' folder in the 'data' folder (in your mod, not the game assets) and put the song name in 'Modchart Path' in the charter, it should work fine

because your using an old version of polymod, use _haxelib install polymod_ or _haxelib update polymod_ to update it
honestly though, just remember to read the github page for instructions on building the game, before you try and do it

If you make a modchart would you name the file script or modchart
