This is such a beautiful tag. Congratulations on the baby. Love the idea of the wire trash can from the dollar store, will so be doing this. Love all the various ideas: splitting the gears, using the tissue paper, making the canvas distressed flower, the little bottle, I can go on but please stop me. Lol.
I love these tags for simple art. Displaying them on a wall...or adding to a canvas or shadow box. I made a jumbo wall hanger, where I connected 3 jumbo tags together with chain and hung it on the wall. I also love giving them as thank you tags (instead of thank you cards). TFW ~ Leanne =)

I don't work and, therefore, don't have the money to buy all that stuff so I collect things from around the house and go to thrift stores, etc. I like the thrill of the hunt!

Thank you! I used tags in mini albums, as thank you tags (instead of thank you cards), gifts, home decor (I made a wall hanger using three jumbo tags linked together with chain) whatever you want really. The receiver can do whatever they want with them, just like any other gift. I like to hang the tags I received on my wall. I may make them into a mini album along with the handmade cards I received too =). It's a nice way to keep them together and reflect back on the fab art work. TFW =)

Thank you =) Micas are a very fine powder, usually with a nice shimmer, that you can use for all types of purposes, such as making your own shimmer mist by mixing it with water in a spray bottle, using it with paints to add shimmer or even using it with a medium to dry brush it on a project =) super fun!!! yeppers, stamping on tissue is good. decided to get out tissue paper and stamps while i watched video. if you have celery in your home ... you can cut the bottom off and you get a rose stamp. off to have a looky loo at your blog.
