Ferrari 488 Pista Hood Wrap - Time Lapse

- How do you install PPF on a 488 Pista Hood? This time lapse video will show you the method I used to apply the film, and have the film fall down into the hood vent with no tension.
I started off applying the paint protection film from the front of the hood, and slightly stretching the film towards the rear corners. The reason for this is to not over stretch the front portion of the hood, as it may create unwanted tension along the hood vent.
Vehicle: 2019 Ferrari 488 Pista
Film Used: XPEL Ultimate Plus
Ceramic Coating Used: XPEL Fusion Plus
Template Software: XPEL DAP

How you do the edges. Do you stretch it a little bit before?
Edges along the side of the bonnet had a very small amount of stretch. No special tricks were needed at all.
