- It is home heating season, and that means it is time to run wood pellet trains again! Here, we have MLBK 70 on train WP-2.

I don't know why but whenever I see your little green engine toodling through the woods by itself, no people on it, I imagine hearing upbeat jazz piano music to accompany it and the occasional "toot-toot" as it passes the camera.
You know, for a children's TV show from the 80's, that theme song was actually quite good.
Awesome run and I liked it when the camera was down by the journal box to cool .
Came for the trains, stayed for the derails!
Glad I didn't disappoint! LOL!
It’s great to see the 70 running again in its full glory. Beautiful paint job, too. You do need a horn though. And a brake. lol
Yes! Those would be good at some point. Track is my main priority at the moment, though.
The Millbrokes revenus season is back
Will you ever put up signs along the right of way ? Will you ever have😅 7:00 track signs ? Whistle posts ?
One day I'll have trackside signs.
I put 4 tons of Spearfish pellets in the basement this Summer. By brother came up with the technique of rolling them down the stairs like big slinkies. Looks like you could use a "leaf blower car" ahead of the engine to clear the track. Great video, thanks much!
I'll get out there at some point to clear the leaves and the weeds.
Good to see "THE VERMONT PELLETS COMPANY " SHIPPING PELLETS AGAIN IN HUGE UNIT TRAINS ON THE MILLBROOK CENTRAL &VERMONT RAILWAYS 😅😅😅❤❤❤
I'm not sure I'd call a three car train huge, but it is good to be hauling stuff on the railroad again.
Looks like the track is in a lot better shape hopefully not as much derailing as before
There are a lot of gremlins hiding in the shadows that I haven't had time to fix this year. Honestly, I'm a little nervous about this winter.
P.s. your filming gets better all the time
Thanks!
Another good video bro. Safe travels. Ken.
Thanks 👍
Blessings, Aaron!
Thanks, Stan!
Tis the season
When I find the right house & property...my rr will have a purpose too. I like the electric loco. No fire building, dirty flues. All the best, Pete
Very happy that number 70 is back in full working order spot on job on the rebuild after its accident
I can make parts to keep her going.
Very SMOOTH ! Thanks for sharing
Yes it's time for heat winter is on it's way
rah rah. winter. yippee. I'm so excited. meh.
Ahhhhh Fall in full force. At one point I was wondering if you could almost plow the leaves off? 😉
Looks like one of the old Pinsly G&E making a run
Thank you. Sam Pinsly had a great reputation with his employees and shippers.
Do wet leaves present traction problems? Good to see your RR performing well.
Wet leaves make the track greasy and a lot like ice.
Will you ever name any of the s i d i n g s will a sign or make any stations along the line

A Question I have been meaning to ask, your house. Is that waiting for cladding in wood or cement board? Keep up the great channel, love watching the wood pellet trains. When the time is right I will be building a 7.25 inch gauge line to ferry logs, hay etc on our small holding when we buy one!
My house is waiting for vinyl siding to be installed. It is about 2/3 finished.
@@MillBrookRailroad that answers that then! Great little railroad/railway.
so fucking cool bro. i aspire to this kind of shenanigans for my own property!
I'll only have to encourage that kind of behaviour.
Seems like I was burning about a bag of pellets a day in Gardner, Mass…this was in a double wide mobile home with six inch exterior walls. You might be making a lot of pellet runs.
I do make a lot of pellet runs.
You had some nice shots on this run. But it looks like you need some of the home brew herbicide on the upper end of the road. LOL It's fun watch the railroad evolve. I know there's no such thing as evolution.
Yes. I am behind on a few things.
9:50 gotta put a slow order of 1 mph there ahaha😂
Yup. That's a slow order.
really really neat, but, what do the neighbors think?
They think it's really, really neat.
tried to donate via PP “invalid to donate” on your web site. oh well let me know how to
directly donate so none is lost “service charge or fees” hope all is well, great seeing the
70 taking a run, but only 6 bags at 50 lbs. no 1k run yet? hope all is well, stay safe and
keep healthy! keep up the runs! Aaron hope you have a great weekend.
Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I changed a setting in the website and the donate button should work now.
I don't have a 1k run yet, but perhaps soon. I'm still working through the half ton I had left over from last year.
You look like Harrold Ramis millbrooke 😂
Better Harold Ramis than Alfred E. Neuman.
If rabbits produce bunny pellets, where do wood pellets come from? 🤔
That's what you get when a tree poops. Wood pellets. 🙂
Woodpeckers? 😂
Canada, frequently…
I thought the word in Vermont was ‘fall’ not high falutin ‘autumn’
We may joke about it being fall instead of autumn, but in reality, the terms are interchangeable.
Yap for freight use the train because ist easyer
Sometimes using the train is easier, but it is always more funner.
Yes WHO want to carry These bags one at a time to the storage
