I don’t have that recipe in my manual. Would have been better to show the crumb, not just the crust! Also, you used part of the recipe from another book, or is it all from the same manual. Post the recipe if from different sources. I just bought this machine, good price on Amazon, but didn’t try it yet. I have 2 other machines that I’m using too.
These loaves are too, too big when made in these machines. I use my dough cycle and divide my dough in half, Then i put the dough into my 2 small pullman pans and let them rise for another hour. 350 degrees for 34 minutes. My crust is delicate and the bread is airy and perfect size for sandwiches and my toaster. I use live culture buttermilk that I started 4 months ago and feed weekly.

Could I see you cut your bread? I am hoping for a soft crust.
Hi I will, give me time to make video for that. I would love
@PosaTheExplorer no need. my crust was hard and was due to bad yeast. i o
am good now. thank you
Im glad to hear that. And I always rub a butter allover the crust right after I took it out from the pan it helps maintaining soft crust.

That is a smart idea when you love your loaves size adjusted. Thank you for sharing.
