There are four stages of sleep cycle , each cylces last for approx 90 minutes. We need 6-7 cycles in ne sleep, that approximately comes as 6-7 hours. Whenever we sleep we should complete atleast one cycle. So when we sleep for less than an hour, it does nothing, but make us feel tired when we wake up. In short 6-7 hrs of sleep is aboslutely necessary for better productivity of our mind.

I sleep from 3 to 6 and then again from 9 to 12 30 .. my hairs started greying from 2% grey hair to 30% grey hair . Even beard and mustache is grey within 8 months .. this caused harmonal imbalance and produces less eumelanin
it depends other factors also.. doing more sex or mastrubation gets white hair quickly... sugar levels, thyroid issues etc.. not just one.. sleep is imp, usually it lasts for 8h we know.. but, deep sleep is more imp, sleep 8h, but 3 times went to washroom, that can not be 8h sleep..
