Nothing new to the airlines; #CorporateGreed They keep PLAYING GAMES with Flight Attendant negotiations…Bad-Faith Bargaining, Bargaining towards impasse, Discriminatory work practices toward mostly-female, mostly older work forces and on & on. The Railway Labor Act and the federal courts have set precedence in worker protections during striker chaos in such situations. Flight Attendants in ALL carriers must stand their ground & fight. The struggle has been ongoing for decades and the struggle is real. Kudos to the America West F/A’s and all who fought, so valiantly, before them, to pave the way for dignity & respect in the Flight Attendant workplace…against all odds (“Grounded”) The RUclips video depicting the plight of the courageous TWA FLIGHT ATTENDANTS in their 1986 strike…a classic case study of social injustice & human indignity in the workplace.
