They will switch to English if one white person is there But they all discriminate other Indians. I’m also suffering from this living in Canada.

Love from the USA. I am a health care professional residing in the Washington DC area for over 35 years. I do agree with the statement about South Indians not willing to intermingle with other Indians especially from the North India. What I have learnt it to expand your circle and forget about limiting yourself to Indians. Currently, my best friends are Hispanic and White who would do anything for me. Very few Indians are worth trusting who are not jealous of your growth. It's sad that most Indians like to compare your "status" with themselves and either feel jealous or think you are not worth their friendship. So Ms. Jyoti, expand your circle and break the barriers of limiting yourself to Indians. You will be amazed to find how much common you may have with other cultures. All the best.

That is because your attitude is good. This woman's attitude is bad. She herself says that initially the Malayali nurses treated her very well and became friends with her and helped her. But this woman had problems when Malayali nurses speak with one another in Malayalam. She then went and picked a fight with one Malayalee nurse demanding that the Malayalee nurse should stop speaking in Malayalam with other Malayalees. Thereafter they treated her accordingly. And now she is playing the 'victim'. And she wants sympathy from Ytube viewers. She created the problem. Then goes and complains to the hospital management demanding that Malayalees should not speak among themselves in Malayalam. How childish is this woman? Will you ever find a South Indian going and complaining to Management what Bengalis should not speak in Bengali among their own group or Punjabis should stop using PUnjabi in their group? Then people wonder how South Indians nurses are preferred in hospitals worldwide and why they keep getting promoted. Because they focus on their work and are not busy making Ytube videos at workplace like this woman did [and was called to HR who told her to stop making videos at work].

4:36 Most of the south Indian here in India behave like this. They're very much communal. South Indian like keralian Tamil people are very dangerous. But Karnataka people r to some extent good. Keralian & Tamil people r trying to dominate north Indian but it is impossible. Within short period north, east, west Indian will dominate nursing fields because they are very co operative by nature & large number of students r coming this field from the said parts of India. Don't get nervous. God help them who help themselves. Now I would request you to follow Swami Vivekananda. His quotation: Be bold be strong, you are the creator of your own destiny ". Go ahead.

They like to be in their own group or community and one more thing I’ve realised staying abroad for so many years that we Indians are the most racist of all…
We do body shaming, we call kaala gora not only each other also other non Indian people, then we try to show off the most regarding the clothes we wear, the cars we drive, the position we hold, and the same mentality we’ve regarding what your kids are doing, when are they getting married etc…

I agree with you sister, ALL OF THE SOUTH INDIAN PEOPLE ARE MEAN and ALL OF THE MAHARASHTRA PEOPLE ARE NICE PEOPLE. I lived in Mumbai all my life and I know they are such nice people. Actually ALL OF THEM are such nice people that it feels unreal. I am so impressed with the way Maharastrians "welcome" everyone from all other cities like Bihar Orissa etc and love them and care for them and help them so much in Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra. Such lovely people ALL ALL ALL OF THEM. They never speak in Marathi even if they are many people speaking that language only to take care that just one person who doesn't know Marathi doesn't feel uncomfortable or isolated in a different state away from their own home state and NEVER NEVER Maharastrians SPREAD HATE AGAINST MIGRANT WORKERS or asked them to go back to their own state IN HISTORY. Or DID THEY? No No they never did that....cuz ALL OF THEM are such nice people and everybody else is mean.

My plus point was I was resident of this country and later I went to USA as well. I will suggest you to ignore these people, they are same every where. You just stay in good books with your seniors and any problem, go and seek official advice and make official complaint that they are harassing you and emotionally torturing you. These people need to learn their lesson. Stay safe and stay strong.

The hospital bosses will laugh at the childishness of this complaint. Should she also go and complain when Bengalis speak in Bengali with one another and PUnjabis speak in Punjabi with one another and Russians speak in Russian? How are Russians emotionally torturing anyone when they speak in Russian among themselves?
If this woman goes and fights with a Russian because the Russian is speaking in Russian among their Russian social circle, it would be considered that this woman is emotionally torturing the Russians.

You have to be strong willed and cruel too, never show weakness, the moment you show that you are weak, they will pounce on you. Cultivate a atmosphere around you of being cruel, and strong minded, you will survive.
