It's just a modded save create on Save Wizard and add on Console and Now the modded save come to be normale on the game. That is not glitch or something the Giant Namek or the players with SSJ3 hair's are only modded account
I don’t use save wizard
It's not possible on Save Wizard because games with online features don't let you manually edit them, they have set cheats and that's not one of them.
