To be honest aslong as they don't give the kid any hormones or anything of those sorts (nothing that could be fysically damaging) and its just about the kid's appearance I don't think it's very harmful if the kid wants to wear dresses instead of pants I don't think that's harmful. It could also be a way of the kid being creative or liking something also about the dresses and skirts. I think it's the views of other people that are harmful. It starts to be harmful when people are telling you how to act, dress and feel. I'm not trying to attack anyone. Just giving my own opinion.
I can't wait on the next 20 years when everyone realizes what there parents did then hate them for it meanwhile the rest of us are gonna be telling them I told u so
I know right.
No they’ll not learn it will keep getting worse day by day
Tell the kids I told you so?? Or the parents?
First, a kid cannot take hormones or perform surgery. Second, they will hate the parent more if they really were trans and didn’t allow them to express themselves, who knows, he might change his mind or he just likes make up and colourful clothes as a boy. It’s their business, all it matters is for the child to be happy.

When I was 5 I was too busy with my dog dragging me across the lawn and my brother's laughing at me to be worried if was a girl/boy
he’s adopted and she’s a single person
Wouldn’t it just make sense to let a child live the childhood they deserve instead of pressuring them and getting them involved in this stuff?
IF making sense was the goal, yes.
Making sense is so difficult in America now adays every thing is going crazy there 🙂
If only
Yes it would make the most sense
That's the point, indoctrinate them from a young age and boom you have a generation who don't think or question anything. This isn't happening by accident.
No because that child could become extremely depressed because of gender dysphoria so getting hormones early It stops that
The most life altering decision a 5 year old gets to make is what vegetable to have with their meal, from the acceptable choices you offer them.

There’s no life altering medical decisions happening right now though. Just long hair and some dresses. Some kids (most) do know early on and hide it from fear, those who are in welcoming environments such as this one openly be themselves but for the sake of looking at it from both sides, if it were “just a phase” then they’ll grow out of it. Nothing harmful about long hair and dressing feminine
@Salvi K she didn’t label. Evan would get very upset when people would refer to her as a “boy” or “brother”. Imagine having a parent who wants to see you happy being your true self, that sounds awful doesn’t it? (Sarcasm) 😒
Okay, finally someone being logical, thank you.
Can be mentally damaging to a developing brain.
@Salvi K Being trans isn't a sexuality, it's gender identity.
@Salvi K sexuality no but attraction yes. When you were five, as a girl, I’m sure you noticed you only had crushes on boys and not girls… so you are straight, always have been and you’ve been aware of it from a young age. You just didn’t know the word.
But anyway this video has literally nothing to do with sexuality or attraction lol this is about a trans kid. You should probably know the meaning of a word before you speak on it.
Look at them, constantly looking at the mother like "am I doing it right?"
Most people I know including myself didn’t become self aware until I was 3/3.5/4, which lets just say this baby became conscious at the age of three, which means that they either had their surgery done before they were even self aware, or they had it done while they were, which mean’s that they had to have been probably 4, which means, a FOUR year old kid decided, I don’t like who I am, the same KID who probably doesn’t even know the existence of math, decided I can’t even comprehend math but I can make decisions for myself at the age of 4.

Huge smile on their face cause they’re getting approval from copying and doing what their parent says.
I’d bet money that they are scared of disappointing their mom.

Building on that brilliant statement, he's probably scared to go against his mum for fear she'll tell him off for wanting to be a healthy child.

Trans daughter????
That is a boy whose mom is abusing him for some sick desire of her own. That child will grow up someday and then what… People will go to great lengths to get attention on social media so please don’t encourage a parent by commenting on their page or subscribe to someone’s page who is doing something like this to a child. Even that is abuse.
I remember a time when child protective services were notified when shit like this happened.
If I’m not mistaken, this woman actually adopted the boy from foster care. I’ve seen little clips here and there on my feed from her where she talks about supporting her son becoming a girl. She lets him where girl clothes and go to girls dance classes. The child is also autistic - so there is that. It’s just another mom who is traumatizing their child so they can be trendy and cool and get validation from social media.
If anything, they are now notified when it DOESN'T happen.

I don't blame the fella one iota. Nope. Nope. He had sense enough to see the batsh*t crazy stuff coming.
You can either be realistic, or unrealistic. She loves wearing dresses, and she’s young. If she doesn’t want to be a girl when she’s older, that’s fine. And you laughed at the joke “where’s the dad.” When all her kids are autistic or Disabled. And they are adopted. That’s so wrong.
Thank you for this comment. Name, pronouns, appearance (hair and/or clothing) can all be altered at will. It is not a permanent, life-changing decision like the woman in this video claimed. It is 100% reversible (though, only 1.1% of transgender youth reported regretting transitioning.). Later down the road, she can always say “Hey, mom. I’m actually a boy, and I would prefer if you start using he/him pronouns and refer to me as your son again.” There’s nothing wrong with allowing children to be authentically themselves, I applaud this mother for that!
Not to mention, wearing dresses isn’t what makes someone a girl/woman. This young lady can grow up, discover she truly is a boy, and still continue to love wearing dresses! I mean, look at Harry Styles! ♥️

When I was a kid, I used to fight my parents for them to allow me to be shirtless like my brothers and wear their clothes. I WANTED to be a boy so bad. But I wanted that because boys were seen as strong and independent. Boys weren’t seen as weak and easy to manipulate or hurt.
I’m happy this wasn’t a thing when I was a kid. I enjoy being a woman and wouldn’t want anything different now. I think the sexism in my childhood from my dad made me literally want to be a boy in any way I could so I would be treated equally…

Same thing happened to me, but it was because my parents didn't feel comfortable with me using my older brother's toys for some reason, so I wanted to be a boy to use them.

there haven’t been any “medical decisions” made, if shes five, she cant take hormones, or puberty stoppers, because shes five. if she feels like a girl, she feels like a girl, if later she doesn’t, then she can go back, its not like de-transitioning isn’t a thing.(not that she’s transitioned in the first place, it looks like all she has is long hair.
People here doesn't even know the family and assume things. Just as an example, there's no dad, the child is adopted.
EXACTLY OH MY GOD nobody said anything about medical decisions. there’s 0 harm done if your child wants to identify and present as the opposite gender, no matter how young they are. parents should just let their kids self express and discover who they are, it’s called growing as a person and figuring out who you are on this mess of an earth. if evan wanted medical transitions later in life, she could totally get them! but obviously no one said anything about doing anything medically when she’s this young, she is still developing and figuring herself out which is awesome, but you wouldn’t want to do anything permanent until she was older and sure.
@kanao tsuyuri this comment 💯
I think that's not the problem here, de-transitioning it is a thing. They're still a KID, and parenting have a huge impact on child, on that age they learn from mirroring their parents, and parents can mold their child into anything(even being a racist, karen, psychotic). It'll be messed up if their parents just say "ok now you're a girl now" without explaining anything like why and how.

Quick to say unnecessary shit. The kids are adopted. you do not have to be married in order to adopt. single parent adoption is more common now than ever before. So technically their doesn’t need to be a dad around lmao.
If the kid wants to wear dresses and like girly things that’s called having a personality/ an interest in girly things. Don’t immediately think he’s trans. Also this lady has taken her 5 year old to see drag queens soooooo. WTAF
Along with the drag shows, she’s also taken him to “hangout” with old men wearing dresses.
@@helenhanson9754 no wonder the father left I wouldn’t want that to be the mother of my children either lmao
If the boy likes to wear dresses, fine (I wear boy clothes myself). But immediately assuming that he's a trans girl throws the whole "Clothes don't have a gender" thing, the LGBTQ Community has been praising out the window.
She has taken him to see like a handful if gay old men. Yea its weird af
Also gender dysphoria in kids usually is out grown plus I wouldn’t be surprised if the mom instigated the whole thing
I’ve seen this channel and I can say from what they’ve said and showed us the 5 ye old ‘boy’ decided to go by boy/girl and it does not seem forced on him and he actually seems happy wearing dresses and stuff so?
Edit: I am not saying that it’s 100% not forced, it definitely could be but I can imagine some children his age around the world maybe him too might just enjoy wearing dresses or skirts while some other children enjoy baggy shirts and basketball shorts (plus many more outfits, not trying to stereotype just what first came to mind) so I really am not saying “ITS NOT FORCED” or “IT IS FORCED” because really only the people forcing or not forcing/ others close to them, know.?

I actually watched a video it could be a lie it was like an hour or 30 minutes long and it was one of the old family members talking about how everyone was treated and she said that the mom had only ever taught him to be gay and to like more feminin things
It's very easy for these idiots to ruin a child's upbringing. She incentivized wrong behavior for her attention at the very least. The boy is a boy, you people need to get your heads out your ass. “Medical decisions” woah woah woah there was absolutely no medical changes made in her life yet. Also did you notice the part where it said “outfits she chooses” showing that she likes them not that her exposure to the lgbtq has any part in that what so ever. By creating this video shaming a supporting mother and a five year old girl you are not only offending people but you are also making people who are trans feel bad and since you may not care about that you are also saying that single parents cannot correcting raise a child born of the opposite gender.
I would like to add something as well which doesn’t fully relate to the video but as a kid I spent 11 years confused, alone, sad, and told that I was weird for dressing and acting the way I did. I would have given so much to just know that I had a choice and that it was ok to not just be the gender you were born and be able to dress and act how you wanted not how the word on your birth certificate said you were supposed to.
This is the best comment ever.
Not all children are like you yknow. I acted like a boy, dressed like a boy, etc, and I thank God that my parents didn’t tell me that I’m a boy or else I would have had so many issues lmao
@@heveryh6037 I never said someone who acts the opposite gender is trans. The difference is acting like the opposite but still identifying as birth gender and the other is you rather be the other gender and would be more comfortable as the opposite gender. I didn’t mean everyone who acts as the opposite gender is trans but she should be more respectful to our lgbtq youth
That's exactly what I said in my comment. There were no medical decisions made. The mother is simply supporting how this child feels.
@@Javinn.j My mom said she wanted to be a boy and believed she was a boy when she was very young (about 6 years old to preteen years) but as she grew older she realized she just liked the stereotype of being a boy and didn’t actually WANT to be a boy. She just said she wanted to be considered a male as she associated the things she liked with being a boy. Now if my grandparents indulged the fact that she was a boy then it might have made her think she was something she truly wasn’t. Sorry but letting kids wear the clothes they want and play with the toys they like is different from saying they are an entirely different gender. Like I said before, each kid is different. The best thing you can do is to let them be themselves without making a huge deal out of it and they will figure what what they are when they are old enough to understand it

I’m totally supportive of trans people and their transitioning, I love that they have the resources to be who they want to be. But it just rubs me the wrong way when I see kids under 10/11/12 transitioning fully, or anyone under 18 getting serious hormone blockers/surgeries because those are still developing bodies. Some people ask “well what if they want to transition back later” and while that is a question that’s technically valid I’m more concerned about the physical health repercussions later on down the road. since this is so new we have literally nothing to go off of to determine if early (aka under 17/18) serious (aka top/bottom surgeries, complete and harsh hormone blockers) transitioning is safe
Edit to clarify: I don’t think Evan is on any puberty blockers or had gotten any surgery, I’m just stating that in general that’s something that I worry about for younger kids/teens that are thinking about transitioning or changing their gender :)
she has not fully transitioned her mom just wants he to feel welcome and that it’s ok also she is autistic and she enjoys being herself
And it’s one thing to not be straight but people are born a gender for a reason and they just change it
Evan isn’t getting any hormone blockers or anything like that, he is actually a “girl-boy” which just means that he doesn’t really feel like anything, but he has decided not to change his pronouns and simply dress how he wants
But if you don't start with the hormones in the teenage years or before your body will begin to change in your biological gender
The point of getting hormone blockers is exactly because their bodies are developing and they want to prevent puberty from happening due to dysphoria
