Hi! When you are on opt you actually don’t need sponsorship cause you already have a permit to work. That’s what k understand, so you wouldn’t be lying when you tell companies you don’t need sponsorship
That’s a hidden lie, you need sponsorship in future. Companies don’t usually hire people for just one year. They hire folks for long term. I would say getting into a job that does-not sponsor is doing a disservice to yourself. I did these mistakes. I wouldn’t play with my status again like that. Hope that helps.

Once you come to USA all your doubts will be clear don’t think too much about this yet..you are eligible to work after two semesters.

Not much you can do, you need a Work authorization to work in USA. Consider J1 VISA

Full CPT is available for only less than 12 months if your want opt later
