All about Dandelions!

  • The dandies are plentiful for the first spring foraging. Gathered flower heads and unopened buds to make dandelion two ways.
    1. Dandelion ferment (maybe wine)
    2. Pickled dandelion buds (can do as capers or regular pickling flavor)
    We tried the pickled buds and they are delicious! Can be added to almost anything you would normally add a pickle, sauerkraut or kimchi.
