As I get older and see the rich get richer, I pick up that NO ONE said to buy a house in 2008/9 and NO ONE said to buy during the pandemic. Well, I did. So basically like Buffet said, be greedy when others are fearful. I too once had $5 only for food for a 4 days. I bought a bag of oranges and tortillas. It lasted 4 days and I hated being poor.
