Young Dro is the realest for this right here I look at him completely different this is what more black men need to do open up about their insecurities as we were growing so that we can see that we all have the same programming of the mind when We were Young also he spoke a truth that most down-south Brothers will not speak because of the chip on their shoulder they have towards New York because of how some New Yorkers treat Southern Brothers my boy kept it all the way real I love it

At the end of the day skin color is a very real thing but how it is perceived to others is all in ones on mind BUT it's just very complicated...
Without understanding American history, you wouldn't understand the severe mental, spiritual, systemic and Energetic strain The Americans have caused by putting so much emphasis on skin color and demonizing blackness even more so than it already was to that point because as such a young country and an even younger culture, American culture had so many opportunities to get race relations correct
But the original sin of slavery coupled with American history in itself, the "old" way of Narratives and current American Culture of Greed has manifested so much Pretending and Reactionary "mental anguish" in so many Americans that it's probably easier to continue to minimize the issue altogether...sadly...

All my ninjas I grew up around were dark..we made jokes here and there but it’s a black thing. My dad used to talk sh*t about his complexion but he was/is confident than a mfkr ..so I never looked at being dark as something to be ashamed of. ✊🏾💯
