So it's difficult, complicated, pain in the butt. Looks like he did a great job, You got to want it. Two hours out of the year (on off) seems to me it would be worth it. Option 2 pay someone to clear your snow. Great job man. I've been looking at these machines thanks for showing us how to install the snowblower and take off the deck.

I really appreciate this video, since I've been considering buying a GR2020 to replace my old Cub Cadet 129; however, I have to admit that after watching this, I'm not sure I want the Kubota. Both disconnecting the mower deck and (especially) hooking up that front hitch assembly does not look like a simple procedure at all. My Cub is a snap to attach/detach both the mower and the front snow blade. Unfortunately, the local Kubota dealer does not have any of this equipment to show me - only the tractor with mower deck currently attached. I'm a bit discouraged after watching this. Terrific job with the video though!

The main issue is 2 wheel drive with belt drive vs 4 wheel drive with a driveshaft & hydraulics. That and the fact you could get 2 Cub Cadets setup for the price of the Kubota.

I am still considering the GR2120. Thanks again for the great video. My question is......I know it's hydraulic lift......does this tractor/snowblower have down pressure? thank you!

No, there is no down pressure is only gravity pulling it down.

Good video. Thank you for taking the time to film it. I am still contemplating the pros and cons of a 2120 or going to the BX which are almost the same money. I have a steeply inclined driveway and need something that can move a snowblower up the incline and have been told I need more than an 18hp which the BX 1880 has. The 2120 is advertised on Kubota's USA site as a 17hp, and the dealer has it at 21hp. Kind of confusing and stupid at the same time. Does Kubota know what they are selling or not? What is the hp on your machine? I wish you the best of luck with it and thanks again for this informative video.

I thought that the GR2120 was rated for 21hp. Not sure of the incline that you have, but we used this for the office parking lot and home and it has worked perfectly.

Thanks for the video. I am about to purchase a 2120 and snowblower and was wondering how difficult it would be to install. From what I could see with your video.....it wasn't too hard to take deck off and mount blower? I was wondering about how long it took? Any comment is appreciated

It probably took no more than an hour to do the whole process. I did purchase the Fun connect which makes it easier to connect and disconnect the snow blower.

You have a beautiful unit. I want to get something that is easier to mount than what I have currently. Seems like this isn't too difficult. How do you like the tractor, deck, and snowblower so far? Would you recommend?

Thanks, currently I have 50 hours on the unit and it has performed perfectly. The show blower is very easier to install, especially with the Fun connection. I did get both axis electronically controlled which I really like because I can put the snow where ever I want.

I get the impression that this "fun sure connect" hitch is worth the money and the only way to go. After watching your video it seems to make hooking up the blower easier!

Yes it is worth the money and makes it easier to take the blower off and on. You can also get the blade or brush to hook up to it.

Hard to believe Kubota makes something this difficult to install. I hate JD, but at least you can drive up to it and put it on easily- what junk!

It didn’t look hard at all.

Well I'm considering buying one of this. I went to JD and they want almost 22k for a 4x3 because is no even a 4x4 unit. All I need is the mowing deck and the snow blower. I believe this model goes for around 13k for thos mod. Correct me if I'm wrong?
