Ive been using a lot of clear skin subs but this one i like the most so im gonna keep track. I will update every so often. I dont want to fixate on results.
Day 1, may 16th: visualizing clear skin while listening and drawing for work
Day 2: I wasn't gonna update this fast but all the dead skin from my acne scars peeled off. I got some aloe vera mist for my face too.
Day 3: forgot to listen but I noticed my dark circles clearing up
Day 4: face is legit glowing i look so pretty :)
Day 5 and 6: I didn't listen cause ive been really stressed and thats caused some acne to come back but I'm gonna pick the subliminal back up.
Day 7: I listened over night to fix the breakout caused by stress and my face is a lot less irritated and the bumps have shrunk
Day 8: 1 white head and 2 irritated pimples on my forehead but other than that my face is so smooth and clear im excited for my scars to clear up too
