I’ve never been sold on Poch I was willing to give him a chance but that debacle in the Carabao Cup final was the nail in the coffin for me. After that match, it’s been Poch Out for me.

Nagelsmann turned us down, even godawful Enrique turned us down. It never was about spesically wanting Poch, but about nobody else being stupid enough to the job.

@@konzza If we assume it's true that Nagelsmann turned us down then we must also assume it's true that the reason he turned us down was because we were interviewing Potch and Enrique at the same time. So we did in fact have the choice and they got it badly wrong.
Those Directors need to leave, they’re mid, we got them from average clubs, of course they treat this club just like where we got them from, we need a top director, these clowns need to leave.

Watching Chelsea now has made me feel so numb like when Sheffield score I didn't feel upset or angry just numb like I expected it to happen. I've lost all passion for this club and Poch is at the head of it.
The fact he says he want to build a relationship with the fan, shows genuine emotion and passion after the Palamer winner against UTD but complains to the press that he doesn't want to be seen like a "clown". The reson Tuchel, Mourinho and heck even Conte is still loved at Chelsea is beacuse they showed that emotion they weren't a stiff bit of plywood after every goal.
Porch is the worst manager! No continuity in selection. Mudryk needs game time to develop but is constantly benched. Carne gets few minutes despite being brilliant! It’s all on Poch!!!

Are we all going to keep ignoring the elephant in the room. WHERE IS REECE JAMES IN ALL THIS. HE IS OUR CAPTAIN AND HE IS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN. He should be at every game in the dressing room shouting at the players making sure the effort stays high with him off the pitch. He is not a captain he is just a great player that has been at the club for a long time. John Terry would never let this happen even when hes not on the pitch
We lost 10 leads in our last 9 games... We are almost dead last in 2nd half performances in the league... WE ARE LOST TOP TO BOTTOM. It's going to take a couple years to set things back together if we don't lock in.
you said it yourself, we do better against top 6 teams and poorly against relegation sides, while generally using the same players...So, why is the blame solely on poch?
Lol..If they consistently play inconsistently some of the blame HAS to be on the players...How can you blame poch for a poor display, but don't give him credit for a decent display against a "top" team? Are players just coming up with their own tactics against top teams, and listening to pochs' tactics when a relegation side comes around?
Is poch telling the defenders to lose their man on set pieces, don't jump for headers, keep making bad passes?
Doesn't matter about tactics, whoever he fielded whatever tactics he used the players were more than capable of winning the game. The players shit the bed, again.
I'll say here that Cucurella never had a bad game in that game. In fact, I was pitying the guy cos the load was too much for him. There was no winger to aid him moving the ball forward and all you kept seeing throughout the match is Cucu also trying to do the work of a winger advancing more forward and still comes back to defend when the likes of Mudrik and Sterling were benched. How overly obvious could the fact that the formation or tactics wasn't working after the first half for Pochettino that he couldn't make the right substitution to get back into the game??? But the guy decided not to do anything that makes any sense. There is just so much of a lack of tactical awareness for God's sake!!!
To me, it felt like he disrespected and undermined Sheffield Utd, and he got what he deserved. But this isn't taking us anywhere as a lover of this Club.
This coach will end Chelsea FC tbh and the earlier they sack him, the better good for the club and the fans.

I always said that Poch was never the right man for the Chelsea job. That being said, the transfers we’ve made have been atrocious. Not completely Poch’s fault, but still not good enough.
