V17P1 Reserve LRP + HART returning to base

This video shows a Light Rescue Pump which is currently a reserver appliance for Torquay as their main appliance has been retired due to its age. In this video there is also HART leaving a scene after being at a Firearms incident.

It’s probably temporary until they get the new one that’s just a guess I have no clue!

Yep, until they get the new appliance they've been put with a spare LRP for the time being.

Yep they've got 2 Eurocargo Light Rescue Pumps at the moment.

@@DevonEmergencyResponse I'd find it hard to believe it's a reserve considering its age, and it also doesn't have a reserve tag on it, but i suppose it's possible... perhaps it is an appliance that was previously unallocated?
